To collaborate with the HR Manager in order to guarantee the correct management of human resources in the reference plant


  • Guarantee the correct and efficient control of administrative processes concerning the personnel’s management, in particular of their payroll
  • Collaborate with H.R. Manager in the control of all topics and institutes concerning working relationships, on the basis of the law and contract regulations in force 
  • Support H.R. Manager in the activities related to personnel’s management in the reference plant
  • Support H.R. Manager in the activities of collaboration and support to the Country Operations Manager for the achievement of his/her aims
  • Collaborate with H.R. Manager in the definition of reference reporting, supervising its correct and prompt drafting
  • Support the HR Manager in the activities concerning the carrying out of the annual training plan in the reference plant
  • Contribute to the maintenance and development of a working environment where cohesion and collaboration are favoured 
  • Apply the Corporate Principles and Values 


Applicants must have:

  • Either a relevant degree or a CIPD qualification.
  • Experience of working within a Manufacturing or Logistics environment
  • Great communication skills
