PURPOSE

To issue the transport documents for all outgoing goods from the Plant in compliance with the Group's procedures.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Issues the transport documents and relative travel documents for all outgoing goods from the Plant
  • Files all documents handled
  • Interfaces with the company departments if issues are noted on the sales order of goods that are to be delivered
  • Creates the loading list, when possible
  • Verifies compliance between the weight of the shipped product and the value recorded on the system
  • Reports any issues noted to the Manager 
  • Promotes a safety-related corporate culture
  • Applies the Corporate Principles and Values

THE PERSON:

  • Has previous experience working in transport/ shipping environment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Works well in a team and individually.

THE ROLE:

· Issues the transport documents and relative travel documents for all outgoing goods from the Plant

· Files all documents handled

· Interfaces with the company departments if issues are noted on the sales order of goods that are to be delivered

· Creates the loading list, when possible

· Weighs incoming and outgoing trucks, when possible

· Verifies compliance between the weight of the shipped product and the value recorded on the system

· Reports any issues noted to the Manager

· Promotes a safety-related corporate culture
