To ensure management of assigned key clients, guaranteeing that turnover, price, and promotional investments are in line with the targets received.

To guarantee the strategic development of customer relationship and loyalty.


  • Build and monitor the Customer Plans of each assigned client to define the sales strategies
  • Ensures that the sales plans are implemented in line with the approved Customer Plan, assigned targets, and agreed sales strategies
  • Defines and agrees the assortments & promotional plans with the clients, for both off-line and on-line channels (brick & click), and ensures their correct implementation
  • Systematically verifies sales trends, identifies, and performs the most appropriate corrective actions to achieve the assigned targets
  • Manage the sales forecast according to the client needs and the forecast accuracy targets received  
  • Coordinates with Field Sales Managers for achieving predefined objectives
  • Promotes Company Principles and Values

Experience & Education:
MBA degree in Sales - Business Administration
good 3 lingual Dutch, French, English
Living in the Netherlands
experience in FMCG and e-commerce
Solid customer service attitude with excellent relationship & negotiation skills
Outstanding ability to understand and implement a sales strategy and drive sales performance
