Sofidel Benelux has both a production facility in Duffel and a Marketing and Sales office in Braine L'Alleud. Our Benelux brands (Nalys and Cosynel) are managed by our M&S office.

PURPOSE
To contribute on the implementation of Category Management process and to manage the Below The Line costs management flow
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Raises marketing purchase orders and manages the administration flow of local marketing costs
- Controls that Below The Line purchase orders and invoices match
- Liaises with Accounting Dept to solve issues related to Below The Line costs administration process
- Constantly monitors reference budget and highlights any discrepancy
- Supports the Category Manager in the implementation of all operational activities (Point Of Sales material, trade stories, tailor-made promotions…)
- Deals with reference suppliers for the implementation of operational Below The Line activities
- Supports the Category Managers and the Line Manager in managing relationship with stakeholders
- Promotes a safety-bound corporate culture
- Applies Company Principles and Values

PURPOSE
To carry out support duties to the implementation of Category Management process and to manage any Below the Line costs management flow
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Raise marketing purchase orders and manage the administration flow of local marketing costs
- Control BTL purchase orders and invoices match
- Deal with Account Dept to solve issues related to Below the Line costs administration process
- Constantly monitor reference budget and highlight any discrepancy
- Monthly update & check redemption file + follow up invoice payment with CS & accounting department
- Supports the Category Manager in the implementation of all operational activities (Point of Sales material, trade stories, tailor-made promotions…)
- Deal with reference suppliers for the implementation of operational BTL activities
- Support the Category Manager in the implementation of all operational activities (POS material, trade stories, tailor-made promotions…)
- Be a proactive contributor within the CATMAN team: support in execution of daily tasks & projects and team priorities follow up
- Follow-up of the weekly reports (monthly Launch watch report, weekly price watch update & communication to sales, weekly online presence update & communication to sales, weekly folder watch (BE & NL) & communication to sales, bi-weekly POS material inventory update
- Able to entirely manage a project: briefing & Follow-up with external suppliers & agencies, coordinating implementation & Follow-up with internal stakeholders, budget Follow-up
- Operate as an office manager (support sales, Customer Service, complaints)

What You Bring to the Team:
- Excellent knowledge of French (C1) and Dutch is required
- Good knowledge of current IT tools
- Objectives oriented
- Ability to identify priorities and to define and plan necessary actions, you are an organizational strong and dynamic person.
- You are proactive, responsible and demonstrate ownership
