To ensure assigned key clients management, guaranteeing that turnover, prices and promotional budget objectives are achieved.

To guarantee the strategic development of customer relationship and loyalty.


  • Ensures thorough knowledge of the market where he/she operates at client/channel/segment/supplier level
  • Proposes the product/client sales budget
  • Ensures that sales and promotional activities directed at assigned clients are implemented
  • Relies on agreed sales strategies and develops the most appropriate sales activities withrespect to each client’s characteristics and requirements
  • Systematically verifies sales trends and identifies and performs the most appropriate corrective actions that may be necessary to generate expected results
  • Coordinates with Field Sales Managers for achieving predefined objectives
  • Collaborates in managing quarterly sales forecast
  • Promotes a safety-focused corporate culture
  • Promotes Company Principles and Values


  • Must have deep knowledge, experience and understanding of the distribution channels in Spain (Retail Channel essential) for at least 5 years
  • Background in the private label; Household, Home care, cleaning & detergents, tissue industry  channels are valuable
  • Previous experience leading highly international businesses
  • Spanish mother tongue; B2 English language
  • Tudela presence 30% of working is  essential
  • Excellent on Excel & SAP;   power bi a plus
