PURPOSE

Contributing to the maintenance of technical efficiency and safety level of the plants, ensuring innovative solutions and constant optimization of the technology, processes and people knowledge. 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Support the Maintenance Manager in the organization of ordinary and extraordinary maintenance interventions

Diagnose and solve problems with equipment and machinery, analyze performance data, and conduct root cause analysis for failures.

Schedule and coordinate repairs, develop preventive maintenance schedules, and ensure timely completion of all tasks.

Assist with maintenance budgets, monitor inventory of parts, and ensure proper tool availability.

Ensure compliance with the safety, environment and product’s safety provisions and with the procedures encompassed by the ISO 9001 Quality System

Maintain maintenance records, generate reports, and manage maintenance management systems 

Collaborate with the production management in order to guarantee the correct functioning of productive lines

Constantly seek innovative solutions for the optimisation of productive plants and for the improvement of maintenance efficiency

Effectively organize and supervise the installation of new equipment, investments and optimization projects.

 

The profile:

  • Bachelors Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent;
  • Experience in a similar position, in an industrial environment
  • Proficiency in maintenance scheduling, technical troubleshooting, and equipment operation.
  • Ability to manage projects and communicate cross-functionally.
  • Problem-solving: Strong analytical skills to diagnose issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Safety and quality: Deep understanding of safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory compliance.
  • Financial acumen: Ability to contribute to budget management and cost analysis. 
  • English language - medium level;
  • Organized and detail oriented person;
  • Good communication skills and able to work in a team.
