Guarantee the correct management of relevant warehouses in accordance with safety provisions and group procedures.

  • Guarantee the practical management of relevant warehouses
  • Guarantee an effective management of the vehicle fleet and provided equipment
  • Ensure the correct management of products loading and unloading procedures
  • Check that the delivered product is clearly compliant with the accompanying technical documents
  • Collaborate with the Group Internal Logistics Process Manager to the correct management of the processes related to the relevant area
  • Guarantee the carrying out of inventory activities
  • Guarantee the procurement of relevant raw and auxiliary materials for the productive areas
  • Guarantee the correct management of the relevant processes in accordance with the group policies and procedures
  • Supervise the compliance with safety provisions
  • Responsible for the collaborators’ integration, professional growth, valorisation and motivation
  • Promote a safety-bound corporate culture
  • Promote the Corporate Principles and Values


  • Garanteaza coordonarea aplicata practic a depozitelor si magaziilor
  • Coordoneaza flota interna de vehicule si echipamentele din dotare
  • Asigura coordonarea corecta a activitatilor de incarcare/descarcare in zona de competenta
  • Verifica conformitatea produselor primite/livrate
  • Colaboreaza la nivel de grup cu functiile implicate in realizarea unui flux conform in zona de responsabilitate 
  • Garanteaza efectuarea si corectitudinea inventarelor efectuate
  • Raspunde de livrarea interna, corecta si la timp, a materiilor prime necesare in procesul de productie
  • Garanteaza aplicarea procedurilor si politicilor de grup in procesele pe care le gestioneaza
  • Este responsabil de respectarea normelor de securitate in munca in zona de competenta
  • Este responsabil de motivarea, integrarea si evolutia echipelor pe care le coordoneaza
  • Promoveaza principiile si politicile companiei privind siguranta in munca
  • Promoveaza principiile si valorile companiei


  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Economics or equivalent
  • 3 years of experience in logistics
  • Experience in leading the multidisciplinary logistics team: warehouses, drivers, forklifts
  • Knowledge of managing logistics service equipment, inventory management and projects management
  • Accounting knowledge is considered a plus
  • English knowledge
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Knowledge of ERP SAP is considered an advantage
  • People management and problem solving skills
  • Good organisation, planning, control, adaptability and tenacity skills
  • Ability to work under pressure 



  • Studii superioare in domeniul tehnic sau economic
  • Cel putin 3 ani experienta in logistica (experienta in management reprezinta un avantaj);
  • Experienta in conducerea echipei multidisciplinare de logistica: magazie, gestionari, soferi, stivuitoritoristi;
  • Coordonare activitate de service utilaje departament logistica
  • Este obisnuit cu stabilirea de obiective, urmarirea proiectelor, urmarirea deviatiilor de la proiecte si sarcini trasate echipei;
  • Experienta in gandirea creativa a proceselor si in tehnici de rezolvarea problemelor;
  • Cunostinte avansate de gestiunea stocurilor si contabilitate primara
  • Foarte bune cunostinte de operare PC ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint );
  • Experienta anterioara de lucru intr-un soft integrat- SAP- reprezinta avantaj;
  • Cunoastere limba engleza la nivel minim conversational
  • Foarte bune abilitati de coordonare, organizare, planificare si control
  • Capacitate de adaptare la situatii noi si de a lucra in echipa
  • Persoana proactiva, orientata spre performanta
  • Capacitatea de a lucra sub presiune, de a respecta termenele și de a îndeplini sarcinile la timp;
