PURPOSE

To ensure the maintenance of technical efficiency and safety level of the plants for the achievement of aims related to production in accordance with the Group’s policies.

 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure that all plants maintenance activities are carried out in compliance with the safety, environment and product’s safety provisions and with the procedures encompassed by the ISO 9001 Quality System
  • Collaborate to the drafting of the maintenance budget, pursuing the established budget aims
  • Guarantee efficiency in the ordinary and extraordinary maintenance interventions, also coordinating the maintenance activities carried out by external firms in accordance with the “Corporate Master Agreement”
  • Collaborate with the PM /CNV Production Manager in order to guarantee the correct functioning of productive lines
  • Constantly seek innovative solutions for the optimisation of productive plants and for the improvement of maintenance efficiency
  • Collaborate with the Spare Parts Warehouse Supervisor in order to ensure the efficiency of maintenance activities

  • Manage the personnel in charge of maintenance
  • Coordinate, check and control the installation of new equipment
  • Collaborate with the Purchasing Manager/Officer for the definition of the contracting technical documents and for the negotiation with suppliers
  • Responsible for the collaborators’ integration, professional growth, valorisation and motivation
  • Promote a safety-bound corporate culture
  • Promote the Corporate Principles and Values

THE PROFILE:

  • Education: Degree in Engineering, with a preference for electrical/electronic specialization; 
    Experience: Proven background in technical maintenance within an industrial setting;
    Ethics: Strong sense of professional integrity and ethics;
    Skills: Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities;
    Financial Acumen: Proficient in budgeting and cost estimation, with a comprehensive understanding of overall business operations;
    Financial Planning: In-depth knowledge of budgeting and financial planning;
    Interpersonal Skills: Outstanding interpersonal abilities, including people management, leadership, and effective communication skills at all levels, both written and oral;
    Languages: Proficient in English, with Italian being an advantageous addition;
    Computer Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office, additional experience with SAP is beneficial
