PURPOSE
To ensure the effectiveness of operational marketing activities based on predefined guidelines.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supports the Key Account Manager in developing and implementing marketing activities to achieve expected results in terms of volumes, prices, and gross marginal contribution
- Supports the Key Account Manager and the sales structure in providing customer management and care.
- Monitors and verify customer satisfaction, in order to consolidate and improve the company's image on the market
- Coordinates image promotion activities through participation in trade shows and in other communication events
- Analyses the market and provides the information required for strategic decision-making
- Collaborates with the Key Account Manager and/or the sales structure in product/channel strategy decision and evaluation
- Constantly analyses business alignment and proposes corrective actions
- Promotes Company Principles and Values
THE PROFILE
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred;
- Previous experience in similar roles;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Romanian and English (Hungarian would be an advantage)
- Organization skills and attention to details
- Understanding of basic business and marketing concepts.
- Proficient in MS Office.
