PURPOSE

To support the Maintenance Manager in guaranteeing the  maintenance of technical efficiency and safety level of the plants, for the achievement of aims related to production in accordance with the Group’s policies.

 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure that all plants maintenance activities are carried out in compliance with the safety, environment and product’s safety provisions and with the procedures encompassed by the ISO 9001 Quality System
  • Support the Maintenance Manager in the definition of the maintenance budget
  • Work in order to pursue the established budget aims
  • Collaborate with the PM/CNV Production Manager in order to guarantee the correct functioning of productive lines
  • Support the Maintenance Manager in guaranteeing efficiency in the organization of ordinary and extraordinary maintenance interventions
  • Constantly seek innovative solutions for the optimisation of productive plants and for the improvement of maintenance efficiency

  • Support the Maintenance Manager in the management of maintenance activities carried out by external firms in accordance with the “Corporate Contracting Agreement”
  • Collaborate with the Spare Parts Warehouse Supervisor in order to ensure the efficiency of maintenance activities
  • Support the Maintenance Manager in the management of the personnel in charge of maintenance
  • Effectively intervene in the activity of installation of new equipment
  • Support the Maintenance Manager in the collaboration with the Purchasing Department
  • Promote a safety-bound corporate culture
  • Promote the Corporate Principles and Values

- Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent work experience;

- Experience in a similar position, preferably in industrial environment;

- English language - medium level; 

- Organized and detail oriented person;

- Good communication skills and able to work in a team;

- Permanent residence in Calarasi, ideally.
