Production Planner

PURPOSE

Coordinating  the production planning aiming the strategic and operational use of the Group’s productive plants, ensuring the established service level, warehouses balance and productive efficiency  

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

As a production planner, you will be responsible for:

- Developing and implementing production plans based on demand forecasts, inventory levels, and available resources.

- Coordinating with different departments, such as sales, purchasing, logistics, and manufacturing, to ensure smooth and efficient production processes.

- Monitoring and tracking the progress of production orders and resolving any issues or delays that may arise.

- Communicating with suppliers and customers regarding the status and delivery of products.

- Analyzing production data and performance indicators and preparing reports and recommendations for improvement.

Education: University degree in Economics or management;

Experience: 2-3 years of experience in Production Planning or similar jobs ( e.g. Statistics, Demand, Processes, Production, Logistic, Procurement);

Languages: fluent English level, Italian is a plus;

PC literacy: Microsoft Office profficient; knowledge of operating and ERP (SAP and APO) would be a great plus;

Personal profile:

Excellent communication skills, determined, results oriented, structured;

Able to follow procedures to comply to the company standards.

Available and really motivated to stay in Calarasi and to business trips (avg 1 week/month and availability for stays abroad of more than 3 months, when requested)
