PURPOSE
To manage the administrative flow on the system for the purchasing of goods and services for the Operating Dept in accordance with the Group procedures
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- To support Operations dept selecting suppliers and request for offers to purchase good or service within his or her sphere of responsibility, in accordance with the technical requirements concerned.
- To manage on the system the planned and unplanned purchase requisitions for all the cost items of reference.
- To manage on the system goods receipt registration for all the cost items of reference.
- To raise the planned purchase orders
- To provide assistance to external contractors in the completion of all building maintenance duties and tasks, if required
- To promote a corporate culture based on safety
- To apply the corporate principles and values
