PURPOSE

To coordinate the implementation of the Quality Management System in the reference plant and to collaborate with the involved departments on its updating.
To collaborate, within his/her area of responsibility, on the implementation and updating of the Hygienic-Sanitary Self-Monitoring System in the reference plant.
To guarantee the correct functioning of the quality control lab activities in the reference plant.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage the documentation of the Quality Management System and the Hygienic-Sanitary Self-Monitoring System
  • Coordinate and participate to the internal and external audits (suppliers, clients, certification body), reporting to the Corporate structure
  • Support, assist and collaborate with the other corporate depts. on operational aspects related to technical/quality issues
  • Guarantee the training on principles of the Quality Management System and the Hygienic-Sanitary Self-Monitoring System in the reference plant
  • Coordinate the activities of the monitoring and improvement of the System (indicators, improvement plans, corrective and preventive actions, direction re-examination), reporting to the Corporate structure
  • Guarantee the trustworthiness of the lab data and coordinate its personnel
  • Collaborate, within his/her area of responsibility, on the implementation and updating of the Hygienic-Sanitary Self-Monitoring System in the reference plant
  • Responsible for the collaborators’ integration, professional growth, valorisation and motivation
  • Promote a safety-bound corporate culture
  • Promote the Corporate Principles and Values

Profile:

Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in business administration, engineering, or quality management;

Previous experience in roles such as Quality Assurance Technician, Quality Control Technician, and Quality Inspector; 

Comprehensive knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and optimal practices;

Technical proficiency in quality assurance procedures; 

  • Quality management systems/IFS standards
  • Data analysis and reporting
  • Process improvement and optimization
  • Risk management

Problem Solving and Decision Making 

Collaboration and Communication

Fluency in English

Proficient in MS Office.
