Position Overview

Sofidel America is seeking an Automatic Warehouse Process Engineer to support the implementation, optimization, and ongoing performance of automated warehouse operations at our Inola, OK facility. This role is key in maintaining and improving the efficiency of our automated storage and retrieval systems (AS/RS) and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in a technologically advanced logistics environment.

Job Responsibilities

Support the configuration, operation, and maintenance of automated warehouse systems (AS/RS).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including logistics, IT, and operations to enhance system integration and performance.
Monitor system efficiency and reliability, identifying and resolving operational issues proactively.
Lead initiatives for continuous process improvement focused on safety, performance, and cost efficiency.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for technical support, maintenance, and system upgrades.
Train warehouse personnel on automation-related procedures, system use, and troubleshooting best practices.
Maintain accurate documentation of processes, technical procedures, and system configurations.
Ensure adherence to safety regulations, operational standards, and compliance guidelines.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse automation, process engineering, or logistics operations.
Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and AS/RS technology preferred.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and technical skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
