PURPOSE
To guarantee the maintenance of technical efficiency and safety level of the plants in the reference area, for the achievement of aims related to the productive activity in accordance with the Group’s policies.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure that all relevant maintenance activities are carried out in compliance with the safety, environment and product’s safety provisions and with the procedures encompassed by the ISO 9001 Quality System
- Guarantee efficiency in the ordinary and extraordinary maintenance interventions, also managing the maintenance activities carried out by external firms in accordance with the “Corporate Master Agreement”
- Pursue the established budget aims
- Constantly seek innovative solutions for the optimisation of productive plants and for the improvement of maintenance efficiency
- Collaborate with the Spare Parts Warehouse Supervisor in order to ensure the efficiency of maintenance activities
- Manage the personnel in charge of electrical maintenance
- Coordinate, check and control the installation of new equipment
- Responsible for the collaborators’ integration, professional growth, valorisation and motivation
- Promote a safety-bound corporate culture
- Promote the Corporate Principles and Values
REQUIREMENTS FOR THE APPLICATION
- Degree in Engineering, with a preference for electrical/electronic specialization;
- Proven experience in technical maintenance within an industrial setting;
- Strong sense of professional integrity and ethics;
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills;
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, including people management, leadership, and effective communication skills at all levels, both written and oral;
- Proficient in English. Italian knowledge will be being an advantage;
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, additional experience with SAP is beneficial.
