CNV Planner
Sofidel Sweden AB is a successful company with a long history in the paper / process industry. The company manufactures and sells tissue, tissue that is either refined to finished consumer product on-site in Kisa in our new conversion factory or sold to other external customers around Europe and the world as refining. Sofidel Sweden AB is located in Kisa, about 50 km south of Linköping. Since the summer of 2010, Sofidel Sweden AB is part of the Italian group Sofidel, which is the second largest in the European tissue market and number five in the world with approximately 6700 employees and a turnover of just over EUR 2 billion.
Your main task as a CNV Planner is to develop the production plan with consideration for sales forecasts for finished product and mother rolls, customer requirements and stock levels. Together with the Production management at converting facilities, you further check the production plan to maintain and optimal processes. A part of your work is also to ensure and comply relevant processes in accordance with the group's policies and procedures.
The position involves a close cooperation with the group in Italy and several departments locally in Kisa, for instance the Purchasing department to ensure the availability of raw materials and with the Logistics department to guarantee deliveries to and from the conversion. Together with the production Planner from our Paper Mill, you are also involved in securing the supply of mother rolls to the facility. As a CNV Planner you will be a part of the Planning team, that also includes our Paper Mill Planner and Procurement Specialist, and during holidays it’s important to help and be able to replace each other in the team.
We are looking for someone who is communicative, structured, has analytical skills, is meticulous and takes initiative. Meeting deadlines is important for you and you also take a big personal responsibility for your work.
Our group language is English, so you need to be able to speak and write both the Swedish and English languages to be able to communicate both internally and externally. You will report to your manager who is stationed in Sofidel, Italy.
Qualifications
• University education in Logistics/Engineering/Finance or similar
• Have a good knowledge of business systems and understanding with detailed requirements, standards, laws and agreements and other regulations
• Good knowledge in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
Meritorious
• Practical and theoretical competence suitable for the assignment
• Have good knowledge of manufacturing processes for tissue and machines connected to this
• Previous experience of production planning in the manufacturing industry
• Experience with SAP
Terms of employment
Withe collar position, Daytime, 100%
Entry: July 2023 or by agreement, probationary employment may be used
