PURPOSE

To ensure management of assigned key clients, guaranteeing that turnover, price, and promotional investments are in line with the targets received.

To guarantee the strategic development of customer relationship and loyalty.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build and monitor the Customer Plans of each assigned client to define the sales strategies
  • Ensures that the sales plans are implemented in line with the approved Customer Plan, assigned targets, and agreed sales strategies
  • Defines and agrees the assortments & promotional plans with the clients, for both off-line and on-line channels (brick & click), and ensures their correct implementation
  • Systematically verifies sales trends, identifies, and performs the most appropriate corrective actions to achieve the assigned targets
  • Manage the sales forecast according to the client needs and the forecast accuracy targets received  
  • Coordinates with Field Sales Managers for achieving predefined objectives
  • Promotes Company Principles and Values

What tasks can you expect on a daily basis?

 

- Maintaining full cooperation with existing commercial partners in Hungarian and English
- Conducting face-to-face meetings with partners
- Assessing the potential of new partnerships and developing them
- Keeping track of market changes, monitoring competitors' product portfolio
- Preparing a sales plan/formulating a commercial strategy aligning with corporate objectives
- Participate in price structuring, promotions, quotations
- Develop and implement commercial proposals to improve sales and business results 
- Contract management
- Preparing monthly reports for the Sales Manager
- Working closely with local and international partner departments (Customer Service, Logistics, Finance, Production) to resolve any issues/challenges/questions that arise

 

Requirements: 

 

- You have a university or college degree, business or commercial qualifications would be an advantage
- Fluency in English and Hungarian is a must!
- Negotiation and communication skills, solution-oriented and proactive thinking, business acumen, commercial strategy vision
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Microsoft Excel skills at an advanced level
- You have a category B driving licence and accident-free driving experience
