Purchasing Assistant

PURPOSE

To manage the administrative flow of the purchasing process for the Plant of reference, in accordance with the corporate guidelines and procedures.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To register on the system and guarantee updating and maintenance of the local framework contracts
  • To register on the system the purchasing orders for all the cost items of reference
  • To guarantee availability of all the necessary reports relating to the flow concerned
  • To interface with the other company departments when managing operating issues relating to the administrative flow of the purchasing process
  • To promote a corporate culture based on safety
  • To apply the corporate principles and values

  • Minimum secondary education
  • At least intermediate English language skills (must be used on a daily basis)
  • Native Hungarian language skills are a must!
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar position
  • User-level knowledge of Office applications
  • Precise work
  • Ability to work independently
