PURPOSE

To contribute to the company’s financial effectiveness by providing operational support in financial reporting, data analysis, and administrative activities.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assists in preparing and updating standard economic and financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Supports the drafting of quarterly financial reports for banks and financial institutions by collecting and organizing data.
  • Provides assistance in preparing financial analysis to support decision-making processes.
  • Carries out ad hoc financial tasks as required by the line manager or other senior team members.
  • Collaborates with Line Managers and the financial team to gather and verify financial data.
  • Helps coordinate documentation for interactions with financial institutions, including loans and credit line applications.
  • Supports the monitoring of financial markets by maintaining updated records on instruments and products.
  • Acts with accuracy and timeliness in financial processes, helping the team make informed decisions and maintain compliance with internal and external requirements.
  • Assists in the identification and implementation of improvements in financial-related tools and processes.
  • Cures filing activities and documentation drafting to support compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Contributes to promoting a culture of accuracy, responsibility, and alignment with corporate values.

Requirements for the application

  • You have a degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field.
  • You have preferably at least 3 years of experience in the role, ideally within multinational companies.
  • You have fluent written and spoken English.
  • You are familiar with financial markets and instruments.
  • You know how to manage documentation for loans and credit line applications.
  • You are proficient in tools for financial monitoring and document management.
  • You collaborate effectively with managers and financial teams.
  • You support decision-making by providing accurate and timely financial analysis.
  • You are flexible and able to handle ad hoc financial tasks and tight deadlines.
  • You work with precision and meet deadlines in financial operations.
