PURPOSE

To support the General Counsel in the assistance and consultancy in legal matters so as to reduce risks and maximize profits ensuring an active support to the Group depts. in accordance with strategies and aims 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assists and supplies consultancy for legal opinions especially on commercial, society, industrial, banking and real estate issues, related to the Group’s complex activity, so as to ensure compliance with the laws in force
  • Sustain the General Counsel  in the active support, in the legal field, to the Group’s activities
  • Support the General Counsel in the keeping of the society administrative office, in particular of its books, meeting and administrative committees minutes
  • Support the General Counsel in the selection of external legal consultants for the Group’s firms
  • Support the General Counsel in the assistance and consultancy for the set of contracts concerning the Group’s complex activity
  • Support the General Counsel in the judicial and extra-judicial defense of the Group’s firms
  • Support the General Counsel in the assistance and consultancy in intellectual/industrial property rights
  • Support the General Counsel in the monitoring of the legislative and jurisprudential evolution relevant for the Group, ensuring its updating to the corporate depts. involved

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE APPLICATION

  • Legal training and qualification as Lawyer fulfilled
  • Fluent English (proficiency/level C)
  • 1-2 years of experience in publicly traded multinational companies
  • Proven experience in the field of compliance, particularly in the application of Legislative Decree 231/2001
  • Self-control and stress management
  • Good Analysis, Negotiation and Tenacity skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
