PURPOSE

To define group strategies in order to create awareness and promote online Group products and brands through the available digital channels.

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES

  • Liaises with the digital team in order to develop, implement, improve and measure the digital strategy for all the Group business lines in all countries
  • Manages the development of web sites and coordinates the planning and execution of special projects for all business lines
  • Manages and updates the digital properties content, including SEO, their development and their integration with new features, also in partnership with external agencies
  • Analyses regularly the assigned digital KPIs creating detailed reports and implements improvement and optimization solutions
  • Guarantees digital campaigns are in line with assigned targets
  • Assists in the digital marketing planning
  • Supports the digital team in the scheduling and drafting of Newsletter
  • Manages relationship and coordinates activities with local and international external agencies and partners
  • Supports the e-commerce team in the definition of related marketing strategies
  • Manages and monitors the assigned budget
  • Participates actively in the Group digitalization process
  • Spreads enthusiasm in the Group on digital topics
  • Promotes a safety-focused corporate culture
  • Applies Company Principles and Values

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENT:

  • Experience in the communication and in the brand building through Digital Marketing and Omnichannel Marketing.
  • Minimun 5 years of professional experience in modernly organized companies  preferably FMCG.
  • Knowledge and evaluation of new trends and opportunities in Digital.
  • Strong analytical thinking and experience in data analysis, specifically in digital media.
  • Proficient in English and Italian, any other language would be considered a plus.
  • Good Team Working skills as a close collaboration within Digital Marketing Team and e-Commerce Team will be required.
  • Good Relational skills for the project management with internal stakeholders, various lines of business and external agencies.
  • Self Starter, objective focussed, problem solver, together with priority setting and decision making skills.
  • Passion for Marketing and Communication of FMCG.
