To support the line manager in the strategic and integrated definition of the Group digital communication media plans.


  • Supports the line manager in the development of the global communication strategy on web sites, social medias and all other digital properties.
  • Carries out the execution of the defined strategy on web sites, social medias and all other digital properties monitoring the ongoing process.
  • Contributes on the drafting of the Group digital advertisement investments plan
  • Cures and monitors the implementation of the planned investments preparing reports regularly 
  • Liaises with Corporate and Local Marketing Deps, in order to identify global synergies in the drafting and implementation of local media digital plans.
  • Supports the line manager in the coordination of KPIs analysis and interpretation and proposes improvement and optimization solution.
  • Participates actively in the Group digitalization process
  • Spreads enthusiasm in the Group on digital topics
  • Promotes a safety-focused corporate culture

  • Experience in the communication and in the brand building through Digital Marketing, Social Media and Omnichannel Marketing.
  • 3 to 6 years of professional experience in Digital Media (preferably media agency or FMCG Company).
  • Strong analytical thinking and experience in data analysis, specifically in digital media.
  • Proficient in English and Italian, any other language would be considered a plus.
  • Good Team Working skills as a close collaboration within Digital Marketing Team and e-Commerce Team will be required.
  • Good Relational skills for the project management with internal stakeholders, various lines of business and external agencies.
  • Objective focussed, problem solver, together with priority setting and decision making skills.
  • Passion for Marketing and Communication of FMCG.
