PURPOSE

To implement Group e-Commerce strategies across all digital channels in line with the Global Brands and Communication guidelines.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Liaises with Line of Business Sales teams to propose e-Commerce objectives and to implement e-Commerce strategies consistent with overall Line of Business sales strategy.
  • Liaises with the digital team in order to create synergies among all digital activities.
  • Sets up and implements the international guidelines for managing the e-Commerce business strategies and online retail media
  • In collaboration with external agencies coordinates the process to ideate, test, implement, improve and measure Group e-Commerce activities
  • Liaises with external agencies to implement the execution of on line sales activities in Markeplaces, Pure Players, Brick&Click, New Businesses. 
  • Monitors that e-Commerce targets are met maximizing volume, gross margin contribution and customers acquisition and retention 
  • Proposes and monitors projects for attracting customers and encouraging sales on the web 
  • Continuously improves e-Commerce strategy by capturing and analyzing the appropriate data/metrics, insights, best practices and innovations
  • Proposes KPI benchmarks for analytics and competitive analysis 
  • Analyses regularly the assigned e-Commerce KPIs creating detailed reports and implements improvement and optimization solutions
  • Guarantees that e-Commerce activities are in line with assigned targets 
  • Assists the line manager in the e-Commerce activities planning
  • Relates regularly with local and international external agencies and partners or e-Commerce technology solutions and coordinates their activity.
  • Implements and monitors the assigned budget for e-Commerce activities.
  • Assists in creation of training sessions on relevant e-commerce topics to the line of business sales department
  • Participates actively in the Group digitalization process
  • Spreads enthusiasm in the Group on digital topics

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE APPLICATION:

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in Economics, Marketing and STEM
  • Excellent English Speaking and Writing
  • Good experience on Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel and Power Point)
  • Experience or knowledge of Amazon Vendor Central/Seller Central or any other marketplace platforms
  • Team‑oriented with strong communication and relational skills
  • Data‑driven mindset in analyzing KPIs and translating insights into strategies
  • Strong attitude for problem solving and flexibility to adapt to an ever-changing environment
  • Organizational and time-management skills with ability to handle priorities in autonomy
  • Proactive and curious mindset, focused on goal achievements
