PURPOSE
We are seeking an EDI–SAP Support Analyst to work closely with our IT and Customer Service teams on a variety of support activities and improvement projects. The role focuses on providing end‑to‑end support for our ERP system (SAP) and EDI (Electronic Data Interchange ) applications, ensuring seamless data exchange within customers and suppliers.
The ideal candidate combines technical IT skills with a solid understanding of the order management and invoicing process between clients and suppliers. This includes familiarity with order creation, confirmations, delivery flows, shipping documents, and invoicing steps.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develops the new B2B flows required by business needs
- Participates in the maintenance of EDI and B2B implementations
- Acts in compliance with data protection in line with current legislation and corporate policies
- Contributes to satisfying the continuing need for IT innovation and development
REQUIREMENTS FOR THE APPLICATION
- You are going to graduate or you have just graduated in Information Technologies, Computer Science Engineering, Economics, Business Adminstration or equivalent studies
- You have a good level of English knowledge (especially reading and speaking)
