PURPOSE

To carry out communication activities and projects that are aligned with the Group's strategy, using a cross-functional corporate perspective and collaborating with other departments and external agencies, to transform the Group values and results into messages, reputation and awareness among stakeholders.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Produces engaging content for various internal and external communication channels, ensuring it's informative, accurate, and aligned with the Group's voice and provides editorial content for Group publications 
  • Coordinates press office activities and writes press releases about Group goals and results
  • Works with external agencies and suppliers for Corporate Communication and Consumer Media Relations 
  • Handles PR and Communication with partners and organisations 
  • Supports the other Departments with communications 
  • Supports the line manager designing communication plans that match the organization's objectives, ensuring information is disseminated effectively. 
  • Monitors communication trends staying updated on the latest communication tools, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve internal communication
  • Encourages dialogue and communicates clearly and consistently with key stakeholders, including employees, management, and external partners. 
  • Manages assigned projects and enhances project-based communication and collaboration, ensuring that all project stakeholders are well-informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle
  • Assesses the effectiveness of project communication efforts and making adjustments as needed to ensure the project's success and enhance future communication strategies.
  • Supports the line manager ensuring that project communication is strategic, effective, and contributes to the overall success of the project.
  • Promotes a safety-related corporate culture
  • Applies the Corporate Principles and Values

Requirements for the Application

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Sciences/ Communication/ Marketing or related field
  • Minimum experience in communication roles (preferable in agency or in manufacturing companies)
  • Good English level 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
