You will support the Line Manager in the implementation of correct monitoring and control instruments in order to guarantee the optimisation of the Group internal logistics processes in line with Group strategy and guideline.


  • Contributes in the definition of the Group's procedures for proper warehouse, shipping and pallets management in compliance with the Segregation of Duties
  • Organises and cures training sessions for the Group employees involved in the internal logistics processes
  • Supports the Line Manager in managing the Group's warehouses on the management system
  • Assists the Line manager in organising the warehouse management process flows
  • Implements monitoring and control instruments of the reference processes
  • Constantly analyses the performance of the reference processes and solves any issues noted
  • Proposes innovative solutions aimed at ongoing flow improvement
  • Coordinates the management process of stocks and the analysis of the results
  • Identifies dead and stagnant products and monitors the management process  
  • Provides support to the Group's employees for performing their activities with the management system


  • You have a Master's Degree in Economics/ Engineering Business or related field
  • You have 2 years of experience, preferable as Process and Data Controller in multinational companies or consulting firms
  • You have good English knowledge (writing and speaking)
  • You have excellent knowledge  of MS Office (especially Excel) 
  • It’s great if you also have experience with SAP
