PURPOSE

To manage and develop  the assigned key customers and prospects, guaranteeing that turnover, prices and promotional budget objectives are achieved.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Monitors the Key Accounts, thorough knowledge of the markets
  • Contributes  on the product/client sales budget definition
  • Develops a strategic customers relationship and loyalty and  builds new partnership within the list of prospects
  • Implements sales and promotional activities directed at assigned clients, managing the price strategy to ensure the Company profitability and the Customer conditions harmonization
  • Collaborates in defining sales strategies and the most appropriate sales activities with respect to each client's characteristics and requirements
  • Hunts and proposes relations and new businesses with Key Prospects both in B2B and B2EC channels
  • Periodically analyses sales trends
  • Identifies and implements the most appropriate corrective actions that may be necessary to generate expected results
  • Collaborates with the Marketing & Sales Directors for achieving predefined objectives
  • Coordinates the local and central planning and forecasting process in collaboration with Marketing & Sales Directors and Country Sales Managers
  • Acts as the main point of contact for International Customers, ensuring effective management and coordination of their needs.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE APPLICATION

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in B2B sales or account management
  • Fluency in English; intermediate knowledge of German is considered an advantage
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and eCommerce platforms is appreciated
  • Willingness to travel for business purposes
  • Strong proactivity in identifying and converting opportunities
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • High level of flexibility, a hands-on approach, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively, with a strong focus on achieving goal
