PURPOSE

To manage pure E-commerce key clients of the European Market, guaranteeing that turnover, price and promotional budget objectives are achieved for the Business Lines and a strategic development of customer relationship and loyalty.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Guarantees that the sales plans regarding assigned e-commerce clients are implemented, applying the agreed sales strategies
  • Defines and agrees the promotional plans with the clients and guarantees their implementation
  • Systematically verifies sales trends, identifies and performs the most appropriate corrective actions
  • Leads negotiation with the customer involving related Group positions when necessary
  • Monitors product-ordering process ensuring stock availability and takes measures in case of risk of Out Of Stocks
  • Liaises with sales colleagues in managing quarterly sales forecast

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE APPLICATION

  • Master's degree in Economics, Computer Science, Management Engineering or related fields
  • Fluent written and spoken English, minimum C1 level
  • Italian knowledge highly appreciated
  • 3+ years in eCommerce sales experience in FMCG companies
