PURPOSE
To ensure assigned key clients management, guaranteeing that turnover, prices and promotional budget objectives are achieved.
To guarantee the strategic development of customer relationship and loyalty.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensures thorough knowledge of the market where he/she operates at client/channel/segment/supplier level
- Proposes the product/client sales budget
- Ensures that sales and promotional activities directed at assigned clients are implemented
- Relies on agreed sales strategies and develops the most appropriate sales activities withrespect to each client’s characteristics and requirements
- Systematically verifies sales trends and identifies and performs the most appropriate corrective actions that may be necessary to generate expected results
- Coordinates with Field Sales Managers for achieving predefined objectives
- Collaborates in managing quarterly sales forecast
REQUIREMENTS FOR THE APPLICATION
- Bachelor’s degree in economy or related experience
- At least 4 years’ experience in FMCG industry as Key Account Manager
- Proficiency in English, good knowledge of Italian will be considered an advantange
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, problem-solving and negotiation aptitude, proactive and self-motivation
- Customer base area Zagreb or Istra region, Croatia
