PURPOSE

To ensure the achievement of aims related to the productive activity in accordance with the Group’s policies.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Guarantee safety, product quality and productive efficiency through:

  • an efficient guidance of the personnel on duty
  • the coordination with the other depts. in charge of the plants functioning
  • the coordination of changeover in format/production/equipment in accordance with timing and methods
  • Supervise the coherent compliance with internal safety provisions and procedures
  • Ensure a prompt reaction to the productive problems that may arise during the working shift, coordinating the available resources with efficacy
  • Guarantee the permanent and effective technical support to the team on duty
  • Support the Production Manager in the operators’ training activities
  • Collaborate with the Maintenance area in order to ensure the best productive efficiency
  • Promote team culture
  • Promote a safety-bound corporate culture
  • Promote the Corporate Principles and Values

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: 

  • Technical High School Diploma or a Engineering Bachelor 
  • Avaiability to work on shifts
  • People and Projects Management skills  
  • Ability to work in Team
  • Good English Knwoledge
