PURPOSE

To organise operational marketing activities (promotion, advertising, communication, etc.) across a group of Products based on predefined plans.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborates with Marketing Manager in the definition of product and communication plans for the managed products 
  • Gathers and elaborates market information (market trends, competitors, customers) to support decision making process
  • Constantly analyses product performances and proposes corrective actions
  • Supports the Marketing Manager in developing and implementing marketing activities aimed at achieving expected results in terms of volumes, market share and prices
  • Proposes product strategy and generates ideas relating new packaging design, new promotions, trade shows, in house shows etc.
  • Implements all authorised communication and promotional activities and monitors the result vs objectives
  • Collaborates with Marketing Manager to define annual marketing budget and to draft revisions
  • Guarantees the periodical monitoring of the marketing budget  
  • Guarantees that orders and invoices regarding marketing activities match
  • Supports Marketing & Sales Director in conveying marketing strategy and action plans to the Customers
  • Supports Vice President M&S – AFH and Marketing & Sales Director AFH on international tenders (online and offline)
  • Cooperates with sales force to define and implement Trade marketing activities
  • Collaborates to manage relationship with relevant stakeholders
  • Manages relationships with reference suppliers
  • Organises customer satisfaction activities
  • Promotes a safety-bound corporate culture

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENT

  • Bachelor's degree in economics
  • 3-5 years of experience with product management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English and good in German
  • Knowledge of SAP and office suite
