PURPOSE

To implement the marketing activities supporting the growth of the assigned existing products and the innovations in line with the objectives.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Apply the Brand Value Proposition for implementing the right marketing strategies
  • Analyze the consumer and retail trends (market trends, competitors, consumers…) to feed the Marketing Plan and support the decision-making process.
  • Propose and implement brand & product activation to achieve the expected results in terms of volume, market share, penetration & loyalty 
  • Constantly analyze product quality in front of the Technical Sheets and the Unique Selling Proposition of the assigned products
  • Collaborate with Product Office to monitor the corrective actions
  • Implement the right actions ensuring effective collaboration with all suppliers & agencies (packaging creation, packaging printer, BTL agency, Digital agency….)
  • Closely collaborate with Digital Department for implementing the digital related activities 
  • Control the orders and invoices from external agencies
  • Guarantee the periodical monitoring of the marketing budget within the allocated budget
  • Manage the consumer complaints activities
  • Support Sales department in conveying consumer marketing strategies and action plans to the retailers
  • Promote a safety-bound corporate culture

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree in Economics - Marketing
  • Good knowledge of the English language
  • Nice tu have previous experience in digital marketing
  • good experience in managing external marketing or digital agencies
