PURPOSE
To collect, analyze, and interpreter strategic raw materials procurement data to provide actionable insights that drive cost savings, process improvements, and strategic decision-making in purchasing activities and to manage the strategic raw materials order flow for the Group.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Gathers, analyzes, and interprets procurement data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for cost savings.
- Develops and maintains dashboards and reports that track key purchasing metrics, such as supplier performance, spend analysis, and lead times.
- Supports the line manager in decision-making processes by providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Collaborates with line manager and other departments to optimize sourcing strategies and supplier relationships.
- Monitors market trends and pricing fluctuations to assist in forecasting and budgeting for purchasing activities.
- Performs cost-benefit analyses to evaluate the effectiveness of existing purchasing strategies and identify potential improvements.
- Ensures data integrity and accuracy within procurement systems and tools.
- Assists in the automation of data collection and reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual workloads.
- Presents findings and recommendations to line manager through clear and concise reports or presentations.
- Analyze strategic raw materials market trends, supply and demand factors, and price movements to make informed purchasing decisions
- Manages the pulp and other strategic raw materials order flow for the entire group
- Collaborates and accounting team to ensure timely and accurate payment of suppliers, while optimizing cash flow and internal pulp intercompany flow
- Promotes a safety, quality and environment - bound corporate culture

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE APPLICATION
- Master's degree in Economics, Mathematics, Management Engineering, Statistics or related fields
- Good level of English (both reading and speaking)
- SAP knowledge is considered a plus
- Previous experience in consultancy firm is considered an advantage
- High level of logical and analytical skills
- Curious and proactive mindset, focused on improvement
