PURPOSE

To support the Group Supply Chain Development Manager in the coordination of the activities related to the order fulfillment of the digital customers with the aim of maximizing the service level and optimizing the supply chain flow.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Monitors and facilitates the activities related to the order fulfillment of the digital customers from the order receipt to the transport execution and the eventual returns management;
  • Deals with and support the European Customer Service Depts in managing the e-commerce customers sales orders providing advice on delivery plants, goods issue timing and stock availability;
  • Checks the production and intercompany transfer plans suggesting eventual modifications to the Group and local Planning Depts in order to guarantee an adequate stock level for the e-commerce customers SKUs;
  • Manages the intercompany transfers dealing with the Group Planning Dept in case of specific situations/issues related to the digital customers (promotional events, new product lines distribution, products produced and distributed to different Countries);
  • Deals with the Transport & Shipping Depts to manage the logistics issues/criticalities;
  • Collects information on sales trend and stock availability from the customers digital platforms and the Sofidel systems and data base in order to analyse data and draft reports provided to Supply Chain and Marketing & Sales for the decision making process;
  • Participates to the periodical meetings with the digital customers stock Managers supporting the decision making process through the detailed knowledge of the operations and criticalities related to the process;
  • Promotes a safety-bound corporate culture;
  • Applies the Corporate Principles and Values.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE APPLICATION

  • You have a bachelor's or master's degree, prefereable in Economics, Business Management or related field
  • You have a good level of English (both reading and speaking)
  • You are prone to work in team
  • You have good communication and problem solving skills 
  • You are able to deal with external contractors and suppliers
  • You care about accuracy and precision in managing daily activities
  • You have a curious and proactive mindset
