PURPOSE

To support the line manager in monitoring, analyzing, and reporting economic and financial performance related to supply chain activities and to contribute to cost control, budgeting processes, and performance tracking, ensuring data accuracy and supporting decision-making at Group level.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the analysis of supply chain costs (logistics, warehousing, transportation, spare parts, etc.)
  • Assist in preparing periodic economic reports and dashboards for Group SC management and sustainability
  • Monitor cost evolution vs. budget and forecast, identifying variances and key drivers
  • Contribute to the definition and tracking of relevant KPIs
  • Support the preparation of the Supply Chain budget, investment plan and periodic forecasts
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of supply chain financial data in reporting tools and systems
  • Support data extraction, validation, and reconciliation activities
  • Collaborate with other teams on reporting improvements and system enhancements
  • Provide analytical support for cost optimization and efficiency initiatives
  • Assist the line manager in business cases preparation
  • Support the economic evaluation of pallet management models
  • Contribute to cost-benefit analyses related to pallet strategies
  • Provide analytical input to pallets supplier negotiations, ensuring alignment with Group cost optimization targets
What we are looking for
  • You have a degree in Business Administration or Management Engineering.
  • You have strong analytical skills applied to economic and operational data.
  • You are experienced in managing and monitoring logistics and financial KPIs.
  • You are able to prepare accurate and detailed reports.
  • You have an excellent command of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
  • You are familiar with Power BI.
  • You have a very good command of the English language.
  • Knowledge of SAP is considered a plus.
