  • Efficiently manages orders
  • Manages relationships with clients and with the sales force
  • Generates and updates clients statements
  • Manages promotional agreements entered with clients
  • Reports any variances in sales strategy implementation
  • Detects any possible process critical areas


  • Native or fluent Italian plus good command of English (C1)
  • Previous experience in customer service job is welcomed (preferred in B2B sector)
  • Accounting principles basis understanding
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially in Excel and Word
  • SAP knowledge would be an advantage
  • Efficient communicator in remote work
  • Strong focus and orientation on client.
