PURPOSE

To guarantee service quality to internal and external clients in compliance with operational/management company procedures.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Efficiently manages orders
  • Manages relationships with clients and with the sales force
  • Generates and updates clients statements
  • Manages promotional agreements entered with clients
  • Reports any variances in sales strategy implementation
  • Detects any possible process critical areas
  • Promotes Company Principles and Values

REQUIREMENTS

  • Native or fluent German (C1) and English (C1);
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in the areas of customer services support, preferably within FMCG, retail;
  • Accounting principles good knowledge;
  • General computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office;
  • SAP familiarity will be considered as strong asset;
  • Communication skills and readiness to work in cross international environment.
