PURPOSE
To oversee the economic, property and financial planning processes of the activities managed in the relevant company and the subsequent monitoring and control activities.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Draft and analyse the reporting aimed at the economic, property and financial analysis, respecting time and conditions encompassed in the Group’s procedures
- Provide the corporate depts. with the reporting agreed upon
- Signal possible anomalies in the relevant process to the other Management Account Assistant and to the Corporate Management Account Dept
- Collaborate with the Corporate Management Account Dept. for the optimisation of the planning and control process
- Promote a safety-bound corporate culture
- Apply the Corporate Principles and Values
Candidate’s profile: REQUIRMENTS formal:
- Higher education (preferred: finance, accounting),
- Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience, preferably the position of Junior Finance Controller in international environment, preferably in manufacturing companies,
- Very good knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken. Other languages German or French would be considered as solid asset,
- Very good knowledge of MS Office package,
- Familiarity with ERP class accounting software (knowledge of ECC SAP or S4/H is welcome),
- High communication skills, initiative, focus on optimization/automation of controlling processes, excellent organization of own work, responsibility and punctuality
- Additional experience in SSC/BPO/GPS sector, is highly desirable,
- The position will be placed in office located nearby Rondo Daszynskiego (Warsaw), however Plant’s visit within a radius of ca.100 km could be required.
- Availability to travel within the Group site for training and business purposes requirements
