MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensures thorough knowledge of the market where he/she operates at client/channel/segment/supplier level
  • Proposes the product/client sales budget
  • Ensures that sales and promotional activities directed at assigned clients are implemented
  • Relies on agreed sales strategies and develops the most appropriate sales activities withrespect to each client’s characteristics and requirements
  • Systematically verifies sales trends and identifies and performs the most appropriate corrective actions that may be necessary to generate expected results
  • Coordinates with Field Sales Managers for achieving predefined objectives
  • Collaborates in managing quarterly sales forecast
  • Promotes a safety-focused corporate culture
  • Promotes Company Principles and Values

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Higher education, preferably in economics.
  • Experience in working with retail chains in the FMCG industry and private labels.
  • Fluent English, allowing for easy communication with business partners.
  • Analytical thinking skills.
  • Ability to collaborate and build relationships.
  • Commitment, determination, and focus on achieving goals.
  • Proactive approach to task completion.
