To develop specific analysis frame turned into on-trade strategies and plans that improve product availability and brand visibility in store, optimizing promotional strategy, and strengthen shopper recruitment & loyalty.


  • Being the expert in Shopper understanding & Category development, challenge the customer plans and provide advices to Sales team
  • Manage with sales colleagues partnerships programs with Key Customers on Category Management programs
  • Drive “in-store excellence” launch programs by banner for every new product (folders, trial promotions, POS support etc…)
  • Work out effective Trade Stories based on sell-in and Nielsen data analysis
  • Develop country/customer 4P strategy and tactics
  • Provide sales team (KAM’s and Field Sales) with close support through KPI’s and ad hoc analysis.


  • Master’s degree – Marketing, Advertising and/or Communication

  • 5 years managing brands (FMCG)

  • Experience with sales and retailer market

  • Fluent spoken and written English

  • MS Office experience

  • Nielsen Insight

  • Knowledge of SAP

  • Strategic thinking

  • Teamwork oriented.
